By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES AFTER SUCH POSTING (OR OTHER NOTIFICATION, IF ANY) CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED TERMS.

3. USE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES

Subject to your full and ongoing compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Access to the Platform requires registration, creation of a user account, and verification that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.

The Platform enables users to create, publish, and participate in interactive entertainment challenges ("Challenges"), upload and share user-generated content, earn non-financial points, and engage in virtual community features. Certain Challenges may include voluntary, conditional payments between users, which are processed exclusively through Stripe.com ("Stripe") in accordance with Stripe's terms and conditions.

The Platform may introduce new features, modify existing features, or remove features at its discretion, without creating any claim, expectation, or entitlement on behalf of users.

You may use the Platform and Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract or infer the Platform's source code, internal mechanisms, algorithms, payment logic, or operational processes.
• Attempt to extract proprietary information, internal logic, or intellectual property through automated actions, scraping, data mining, or any other method.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Platform, including laws related to safety, privacy, intellectual property, or online conduct.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, revenue-generating activities, or any purpose other than entertainment and lawful peer-to-peer interactions.
• Share your account or access credentials with others, or allow multiple individuals to access the Platform through a single account.
• Develop, assist in developing, or attempt to create competing products or services using the Platform, its logic, or any user-generated content.
• Use the Platform for automated queries, spam, scraping, harvesting, or unsolicited communications.
• Misuse or attempt to misuse any proprietary information, intellectual property, or system behavior of the Platform, including the challenge-verification and dispute-resolution mechanisms.
• Publish, request, or participate in Challenges involving dangerous, illegal, harmful, hateful, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited activities.

The Operator may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. The Operator shall not be liable to any user or third party for any such modification, update, suspension, or discontinuance.

4. AGE REQUIREMENT

The Platform and Services are intended for users aged 18 and above. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed.

5. USER CONDUCT

As a condition of accessing and using the Platform and Services, and of submitting, uploading, viewing, or interacting with any videos, images, text, or other user-generated materials ("Content"), you agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, any purpose prohibited by these Terms, or any purpose not reasonably intended by the Operator. You further agree to use the Platform responsibly, safely, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, bypass, disable, or interfere with the security, integrity, or functionality of the Platform, Services, payment systems, or any connected networks.
• Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user accounts, passwords, personal data, or private information.
• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the Platform's source code, internal logic, challenge-verification mechanisms, or dispute-resolution processes.
• Use automated tools, including bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data-mining software, to collect, copy, or extract information from the Platform.
• Manipulate, trick, mislead, or defraud other users or the Operator, including through false submissions, reused content, or fabricated proof.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent Content, including reused videos, manipulated metadata, or proof that does not match the Challenge's objective criteria.
• Harass, intimidate, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users or any representatives of the Operator.
• Publish or participate in Challenges involving dangerous, harmful, illegal, or prohibited activities, including weapons, violence, endangerment, hateful acts, pornography, gambling, impersonation of authorities, or any activity that violates safety or public order.
• Upload, post, or distribute Content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable legal restrictions.
• Create, generate, upload, submit, modify, adapt, edit, enhance, combine, or otherwise manipulate any video downloaded from the Platform using artificial intelligence tools, AI-generated video systems, machine-learning models, or automated video-generation technologies, whether in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever.
• Share advertisements, solicitations, spam, or unauthorized promotional content without the Operator's prior written approval.
• Distribute viruses, malware, harmful code, or scripts intended to disrupt, damage, or compromise the Platform or its users.
• Engage in excessive posting, flooding, or actions that overload or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or normal operation.
• Interfere with or disrupt any user's participation in a Challenge, the automated verification process, or the Platform's dispute-resolution mechanisms.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, proprietary markings, or legal disclosures.
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes, revenue-generating activities, or competitive analysis without prior written authorization from the Operator.
• Sell, share, transfer, or allow others to use your account, username, or access credentials.
• Use the Platform to develop, assist in developing, or support competing products or services.
• Initiate chargebacks instead of using the Platform's dispute system; chargebacks are considered misuse and may result in immediate penalties.
• Violate any local, national, or international laws, including laws related to safety, privacy, intellectual property, and online conduct.
• Use the Platform if you are under eighteen (18) years old.

Any violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of Content, forfeiture of payments, permanent bans, or any other action deemed appropriate by the Operator.

6. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES

The Platform is an interactive online entertainment service designed to enable users to create, publish, and participate in various challenges, tasks, and competitions ("Challenges"). Through the Platform, users may upload and share user-generated content, including videos, images, text, and other materials, earn non-financial points and rankings, and engage in virtual communities and social networking activities. All points, rankings, and ratings are strictly non-monetary and serve entertainment and visibility purposes only.

The Platform operates as a neutral peer-to-peer marketplace, facilitating voluntary interactions between users. The Operator does not employ users, direct their activities, supervise their conduct, or guarantee the performance, safety, or outcome of any Challenge. All Challenges are created, defined, and completed solely by users, and all user interactions occur at their own discretion and risk.

7. REGISTRATION AND USER INFORMATION

To access and use the Platform, you must create a personal user account and provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or comply with these requirements.

You agree to notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security, unauthorized access, or misuse of your account. While the Operator is not responsible for losses you may incur due to unauthorized use of your account, you may be held liable for losses suffered by the Operator or other users resulting from such unauthorized use.

By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you meet all applicable legal, jurisdictional, and regulatory requirements to use the Platform. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times, and to promptly update any changes to ensure continued compliance.

The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to reject, revoke, modify, or require changes to any username or profile information that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, impersonating, or otherwise unsuitable for the Platform.

If we detect suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful activity associated with your account—including but not limited to attempts to manipulate challenges, evade payment rules, or misuse the dispute system—we may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice.

8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Platform allows users to upload, submit, create, publish, and share videos, images, text, and other materials ("Content") for the purpose of creating, completing, or participating in Challenges. By submitting any Content to the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for such Content and for ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

By uploading or submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the Content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to upload, publish, and distribute the Content through the Platform.
• If the Content includes any video, such video constitutes a single, continuous, unedited recording. No cuts, trims, pauses, edits, overlays, transitions, filters, or other modifications of any kind are permitted;
• The Content does not violate any law, regulation, or public policy, including laws related to safety, privacy, intellectual property, and online conduct.
• The Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual obligations.
• The Content does not contain prohibited, dangerous, harmful, illegal, or restricted material, including but not limited to violence, endangerment, hateful acts, pornography, gambling, impersonation of authorities, or any other activity forbidden under the law and these Terms.
• The Content is not created, generated, modified, altered, enhanced, combined, or otherwise produced in whole or in part using artificial-intelligence video-generation tools, machine-learning systems, automated video-creation technologies, or any similar AI-based processes, and you shall not upload, submit, or distribute any AI-generated or AI-manipulated video on the Platform under any circumstances.

By submitting Content, you grant the Operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify (solely for formatting or technical purposes), distribute, and otherwise use your Content solely for the operation, improvement, and functionality of the Platform. This license remains in effect for as long as your Content is available on the Platform.

You understand and agree that:

• Content submitted as proof for public Challenges is publicly visible to all users of the Platform.
• Content submitted for private or targeted Challenges may be visible only to the intended participants, unless otherwise specified by the Challenge creator.
• The Operator does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or safety of any Content uploaded by users.
• The Operator may remove, restrict, or disable access to any Content at any time if it violates these Terms, poses a safety risk, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

You remain solely responsible for your Content, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your Content or your use of the Platform.

9. CREATING AND PARTICIPATING IN CHALLENGES

The Platform enables users to create, publish, and participate in interactive entertainment challenges ("Challenges"). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that all Challenges are user-initiated, user-defined, and user-completed, and that the Operator acts solely as a neutral intermediary facilitating these peer-to-peer interactions.

Users may:

• Create Challenges for other users to attempt
• Participate in Challenges created by others
• Create personal Challenges for their own use
• Publish Challenges as public, available to all users, or private, directed to specific users

Each Challenge must include clear, objective, and measurable criteria, which may include:

• The required action or task to be performed
• The time, deadline, or duration for completion
• The location or setting, if applicable
• The required proof type, such as video, photo, livestream, GPS verification, or other specified formats

You understand and agree that completion of a Challenge is evaluated solely against the predefined criteria established by the Challenge creator. Subjective expectations, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction unrelated to the stated criteria do not affect the evaluation of completion and do not constitute grounds for disputes or refunds.

By creating or participating in a Challenge, you represent and warrant that:

• The Challenge complies with all applicable laws and these Terms;
• The Challenge does not involve dangerous, harmful, illegal, or prohibited activities;
• You have the ability and legal right to perform or request the performance of the Challenge;
• You will provide accurate and authentic proof when required;
• You will not create, generate, upload, submit, modify, alter, enhance, combine, or otherwise produce any Challenge-related video or proof using artificial-intelligence video-generation tools, machine-learning systems, automated video-creation technologies, or any similar AI-based processes, and you shall not use any AI-generated or AI-manipulated video in connection with any Challenge.

The Operator reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable any Challenge that violates these Terms or poses a risk to users or the Platform or any third party. Users remain solely responsible for the Challenges they create or perform, and for any consequences arising from their participation.

10. PAYMENTS AND FINANCIAL TERMS

Certain Challenges on the Platform may include voluntary, conditional payments from one user (the "Challenger") to another user (the "Performer"). By creating, accepting, or participating in any paid Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to the payment rules, automated processes, and dispute mechanisms described in this section.

You further acknowledge and agree that you assume full and exclusive responsibility for paying any and all taxes, fees, levies, or other mandatory payments arising from or connected to paid Challenges, including any amounts received or transferred through the Platform. The Operator bears no responsibility for calculating, withholding, reporting, or remitting such taxes on your behalf.

10.1 Payment Processing

All payments made through the Platform are processed exclusively through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. The Platform does not store, access, or process any payment card information at any time.

Upon successful completion of a paid Challenge, the Platform deducts a 4% commission from the payment amount before transferring the remaining funds to the Performer.

10.2 Payment Logic

For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that payments associated with Challenges are:

• Voluntary — the Challenger chooses whether to offer payment;
• Conditional — payment is tied to objective Challenge criteria;
• Temporarily held — funds are authorized and held by Stripe;
• Automatically released or refunded — based strictly on predefined rules.

The Platform does not exercise subjective judgment or discretion over payment outcomes.

10.3 Refund Rules

Refunds occur automatically, based solely on procedural conditions and without any discretionary involvement by the Operator. The following rules apply:

* It is hereby clarified that processing fees are never refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds are not based on fairness, satisfaction, or personal expectations. Completion is evaluated only against the Challenge's predefined, objective criteria. For avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that the Operator's role is strictly mechanical and limited to verifying whether the submitted proof meets the technical description of the Challenge, with no discretion or subjective evaluation of any kind.

10.4 Disputes

A dispute may be initiated only if one or more of the following conditions are met:

• Required proof was not uploaded;
• Uploaded proof does not meet the predefined criteria;
• Proof is manipulated, reused, or fraudulent (e.g., duplicate hash or metadata)

If the Challenger does not respond within the designated review window (typically 24 hours), the funds are automatically released to the Performer.

Disputes are strictly limited to binary, objective conditions. Subjective dissatisfaction, personal preferences, or disagreements unrelated to the stated criteria do not constitute valid grounds for dispute.

The Operator's decision-making authority is strictly limited to verifying technical compliance with the Challenge description and procedural rules. The Operator shall not exercise any discretion, judgment, or subjective interpretation in resolving disputes.

10.5 Chargebacks

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and are treated as misuse of the Platform.

If a user initiates a chargeback instead of using the Platform's dispute system, the following actions may occur immediately:

• Account restriction;
• Loss of dispute privileges;
• Possible permanent ban.

Users agree to resolve all transaction-related issues exclusively through the Platform's internal dispute mechanism. Filing a chargeback may also result in the forfeiture of funds, points, or account access.

Users further acknowledge that they remain solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from refunded or released payments.

11. Platform's Limited Role

The Platform operates solely as a neutral, peer-to-peer intermediary that facilitates the creation, publication, and completion of user-generated Challenges. All interactions, transactions, and performances occur directly between users, and the Operator does not supervise, direct, or control user behavior, whether online or offline. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Operator is not a party to any Challenge and does not guarantee, endorse, or validate the actions, performance, or outcomes of any user.

For the avoidance of any doubt, the Operator does not:

• Judge or determine who is "right" in any disagreement between users;
• Guarantee satisfaction, enjoyment, or alignment with personal expectations;
• Evaluate subjective opinions, preferences, or interpretations of a Challenge;
• Supervise, monitor, or verify user behavior outside the Platform;
• Provide safety assurances, performance guarantees, or quality standards.

The Operator intervenes only when there is a clear, objective violation of these Terms or the Challenge's stated criteria, including but not limited to:

• No Content or proof delivered by the Performer;
• Content that is materially different from what the Challenge requires;
• Fraudulent, manipulated, or reused Content (including duplicate metadata or hashes);
• Content or activities that are illegal, prohibited, harmful, or otherwise violate Platform policies.

Completion of a Challenge is evaluated solely and strictly against the objective criteria defined by the Challenge creator. Subjective dissatisfaction, personal expectations, or disagreements unrelated to the stated criteria do not affect the evaluation of completion and do not constitute grounds for disputes, refunds, or Operator intervention. The Operator's role in all evaluations and dispute outcomes is strictly limited to verifying technical compliance and procedural conditions, without any discretion, interpretation, or subjective assessment.

Users remain fully responsible for their own actions, safety, and compliance with all applicable laws. Users assume full responsibility for reporting, declaring, and paying any taxes or mandatory payments arising from paid Challenges or funds received through the Platform. The Operator assumes no liability for any harm, loss, or damages arising from user behavior, user-generated Content, or participation in Challenges.

12. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES

The Platform maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward dangerous, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. As a condition of accessing and using the Platform, you agree that you will not create, request, upload, publish, participate in, or otherwise engage with any Challenges or Content that involve or promote any of the following:

• Dangerous, harmful, or high-risk activities;
• Weapons, explosives, or acts of violence;
• Pornography, sexually explicit material, or adult content;
• Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or harassment;
• Gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind;
• Illegal acts, instructions, or facilitation of unlawful behavior;
• Activities involving authorities, impersonation of officials, or misuse of uniforms or insignia;
• Self-harm, endangerment, or any conduct that threatens personal or public safety.

Any violation of this section may result in immediate enforcement actions, including but not limited to:

• Removal or disabling of the offending Content;
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account;
• Reporting of unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where required;

The Operator reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any Content or activity violates these Terms or poses a risk to users or the Platform.

13. SAFETY DISCLAIMER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using the Platform and participating in any Challenge, you acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. The Platform is an entertainment-based, peer-to-peer environment, and the Operator does not supervise, monitor, or control the actions of users.

Accordingly, the Platform:

• Does not supervise or oversee the performance of Challenges;
• Does not guarantee the safety, suitability, or legality of any Challenge;
• Is not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from user actions;
• Does not provide insurance, protection, or compensation for any harm arising from participation in Challenges;

By accessing or using the Platform, you expressly agree that the Operator shall have no liability whatsoever for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising from:

• Your participation in Challenges;
• Your reliance on Content posted by other users;
• Your interactions with other users, whether online or offline.

You assume full responsibility for evaluating the risks associated with any Challenge and for ensuring your own safety and compliance with all applicable laws.

14. POINTS, RANKINGS, AND NON-FINANCIAL REWARDS

The Platform may award users non-financial points, rankings, badges, or similar indicators of activity and engagement ("Points") for completing certain non-paid Challenges. Points are designed solely to enhance entertainment value, user visibility, and community participation within the Platform.

Points earned through participation:

• Have no monetary value and do not constitute currency, property, or financial assets;
• Cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into money, goods, services, or any other form of compensation;
• Are used exclusively for rankings, visibility, access to certain non-financial features, and other entertainment-based elements of the Platform.

You acknowledge and agree that Points are purely symbolic and are provided for amusement and community engagement only. The Operator does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or functionality of any ranking system, leaderboard, or reward mechanism, and may modify, suspend, or remove such features at any time without liability.

Accumulation of Points does not create any legal rights, ownership interests, or entitlements of any kind. The Operator may adjust, revoke, or reset Points or rankings in cases of system updates, errors, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

15. PROTECTION OF PLATFORM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform, including all associated technology, software, algorithms, data structures, operational logic, trademarks, branding, interfaces, design elements, and proprietary features (collectively, the "Platform IP"), is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licenses to the Platform IP other than the limited, revocable right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to extract, replicate, or infer the Platform's source code, internal mechanisms, algorithms, data structures, or operational logic;
• Use prompts, automated tools, scraping technologies, pattern analysis, or any other method to probe, analyze, or approximate the Platform's internal workings;
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform IP;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, proprietary markings, or branding displayed on the Platform;
• Use the Platform IP for competitive analysis, development of competing services, or any unauthorized commercial purpose.

Any attempt to interfere with, analyze, or exploit the Platform's proprietary systems is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

If the Operator detects or reasonably suspects any such prohibited activity, the Operator may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account;
• Delete or restrict access to all associated user activity and data;
• Block or prevent your future access to the Platform;
• Pursue any legal or equitable remedies available under applicable law.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that these measures are necessary to protect the integrity, security, and proprietary value of the Platform IP, and to ensure the continued stability and reliability of the system for all users.

16. NO WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform and all related Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The Operator does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, nor does the Operator guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or suitability of any user-generated Content or any Challenge created or performed by users.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All Challenges, Content, interactions, and performances are user-generated and occur entirely at the discretion and risk of the participating users;
• The Operator does not supervise, monitor, or verify user behavior, and does not guarantee the safety, legality, or appropriateness of any Challenge or Content;
• The Operator is not responsible for any errors, omissions, delays, misrepresentations, or damages arising from your participation in Challenges or reliance on Content posted by other users;
• You assume all risks associated with participating in Challenges, uploading or viewing Content, interacting with other users, and using the Platform in any capacity;
• The Operator does not provide insurance, protection, or compensation for injuries, losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from user actions, user-generated Content, or participation in Challenges.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Your participation in any Challenge;
• Any Content posted by users;
• Any interactions or disputes between users;
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or reputation;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or Content/

This limitation applies even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or any part of the Services is to discontinue your use of the Platform.

17. INDEMNITY

As a user, you agree to indemnify and hold the Operator and its affiliates harmless from any losses, damages, claims, or legal costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) any false, misleading, or inaccurate information or Content you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise provide through the Platform; (c) any harm, injury, damage, or rights violations you cause to other users, third parties, or the Platform, whether through Challenges, Content, interactions, or conduct on or off the Platform; (d) your participation in Challenges, including any resulting injuries, disputes, or legal claims; (e) your misuse of the Platform, including attempts to circumvent payment systems, dispute mechanisms, or safety rules.

The Operator reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to assume control of the defense, settlement, or resolution of any matter subject to indemnification. If the Operator elects to assume such control, you agree to fully cooperate with the Operator in the defense of such claims, including providing all necessary information, documents, and assistance.

Your indemnification obligations will survive the termination, suspension, or expiration of your account and your use of the Platform.

18. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The Operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that threatens the integrity, security, or lawful operation of the Platform. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violations of these Terms, including prohibited content or activities;
• Chargeback abuse, including initiating chargebacks instead of using the Platform's dispute system;
• Fraud, manipulation, or misuse of Challenges, proof submissions, or payment processes;
• Illegal, harmful, or dangerous content or behavior;
• Repeated disputes in bad faith or attempts to exploit the dispute system;
• Attempts to extract, reverse-engineer, or interfere with proprietary systems;
• Harmful, abusive, or disruptive conduct toward users or the Platform;

Upon termination initiated by the Operator:

• Your access to the Platform will cease immediately;
• The Operator may delete or restrict access to your data, Content, Challenges, or any other activity;
• You are prohibited from creating new accounts or attempting to regain access without the Operator's prior written permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform. Termination by you does not entitle you to refunds of any kind, except where required by applicable law.

Upon termination, whether initiated by you or the Operator, you remain responsible for: (a) any outstanding fees, charges, or obligations incurred prior to termination; (b) compliance with all provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, survive termination, including intellectual property protections, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

The Operator reserves the right to take any additional actions necessary to protect the Platform, its users, and its proprietary systems.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute related to the Terms or use of the Platform and/or Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and you hereby agree to this jurisdiction and waive any objections.

20. MISCELLANEOUS

If you violate these Terms or any agreement with the Operator, we may seek all legal or equitable remedies, including damages and injunctions. Our rights are cumulative and not waived by delay or non-enforcement.

If any part of these Terms is invalid, it will be limited or removed as needed, and the rest will remain fully enforceable.

You may not transfer any of your rights and obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them without yours.

You're responsible for following all laws when using the Platform and Services.

These Terms don't create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and the Operator. You agree that electronic acceptance of these Terms is legally binding.
