Dares Only (the "Platform") is a neutral, peer‑to‑peer online entertainment marketplace that enables users to create, publish, participate in, and complete challenges ("Challenges"), share user‑generated content, and interact within virtual communities, operated by HBH (the "Operator", "we," "us," or "our").

We are committed to promoting accessibility and inclusivity and strive to make the Platform usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including individuals with disabilities. To reach that, we endeavor, on a good-faith basis, to align the Platform's accessibility with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, to the extent reasonably practicable and technically feasible within the nature of our services and infrastructure.

At this time, the Platform includes the following accessibility features:

Keyboard Accessibility

Core interactive controls (including Play, Pause, Volume, and Fullscreen functions where applicable) are designed to be reachable and operable using standard keyboard navigation (including Tab and Enter/Space keys). The Platform is developed to avoid intentional "keyboard traps."

Visible Focus Indicators

A visible focus indicator (focus ring) appears around interactive elements during keyboard navigation to assist users in identifying their position on the page.

Button Labeling

Interactive controls are implemented with appropriate ARIA labeling to ensure compatibility with common screen reader technologies. Icons and functional buttons are labeled to provide meaningful descriptions to assistive technologies.

Contrast Ratio

Color contrast has been evaluated using recognized automated testing tools (including Lighthouse analysis tools), and we strive to maintain contrast ratios consistent with applicable WCAG 2.1 AA standards where feasible.

Descriptive Content

Although audio descriptions are not currently implemented for all multimedia content, certain challenges include hidden text descriptions outlining challenge criteria. These descriptions are structured to assist screen reader users and also support search engine indexing.

Ongoing Improvements

However, accessibility is an ongoing process, and while we are actively working to enhance accessibility and implement additional features aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, certain areas of the Platform may not yet be fully accessible, due to the factors such as the dynamic and user-generated nature of content on the Platform; the peer-to-peer marketplace structure; certain technical constraints inherent in evolving web technologies; and the fact that third-party tools or integrations may be utilized, Furthermore, as an online platform facilitating user-generated content, the Operator does not control, pre-screen, or independently modify all content created or uploaded by users. Accordingly, accessibility of user-generated content may vary. Therefore, nothing in this Statement shall be construed as a representation or warranty of full compliance with any specific accessibility standard at any given time.

Nevertheless, Operator undertakes good-faith efforts to enhance accessibility and reduce barriers to use. Accessibility improvements are part of our ongoing development roadmap and are evaluated in light of technological capability, proportionality, and the overall structure of the Platform.
