• Could cause physical harm to yourself or others
• Involve dangerous stunts, weapons, or hazardous materials
• Encourage reckless behavior or illegal activities
• Put minors at risk in any way
• Involve driving or operating machinery unsafely
• Promote eating disorders, self-harm, or suicide

Remember: No Challenge is worth risking your health or life.

3. Be Authentic

Authenticity is at the heart of Dares Only. We require that:

• All proof submissions be genuine and unedited
• Videos must be single, continuous recordings without cuts or modifications
• AI-generated or manipulated content is strictly prohibited
• Reusing old content as new proof is not allowed
• Misleading or deceptive submissions will be removed

4. Keep It Clean

Dares Only is an entertainment platform for adults, but we have standards. The following content is not allowed:

• Pornography or sexually explicit material
• Nudity (except in non-sexual, artistic contexts where clearly appropriate)
• Sexual solicitation or suggestive content involving minors
• Graphic violence or gore
• Animal cruelty or abuse

5. Respect Intellectual Property

Only share content you have the right to share:

• Do not upload copyrighted music, videos, or images without permission
• Give credit where credit is due
• Do not claim others' work as your own
• Respect trademarks and brand identities

6. No Spam or Manipulation

Keep the platform fair and enjoyable for everyone:

• Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or disputes
• Do not spam Challenges, messages, or comments
• Do not use bots or automated tools
• Do not artificially inflate points or engagement
• Do not engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior

7. Follow the Law

You must comply with all applicable laws. Illegal activities include but are not limited to:

• Drug use, sale, or promotion
• Underage drinking or providing alcohol to minors
• Theft, vandalism, or destruction of property
• Trespassing on private property
• Fraud, scams, or financial crimes
• Any activity that could result in criminal charges

8. Protect Privacy

Respect the privacy of others:

• Do not share personal information of others without consent
• Obtain consent from anyone appearing in your videos
• Do not record in private spaces without permission
• Be mindful of bystanders who may not want to be filmed

9. Fair Play in Disputes

Our dispute system is designed to be fair. When using it:

• Only dispute submissions that genuinely fail to meet Challenge criteria
• Do not abuse the dispute system to avoid paying
• Accept decisions made through the proper review process
• Never initiate chargebacks before using the platform's dispute system

10. Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these guidelines:

• Use the report feature available on all content
• Provide accurate information when reporting
• Do not abuse the reporting system

Enforcement

We enforce these guidelines through:

• Content removal - Violating content will be taken down
• Warnings - First-time or minor violations may receive a warning
• Temporary suspension - Repeated violations may result in account suspension
• Permanent ban - Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent removal
• Legal action - We may report illegal activities to law enforcement
